HOW TO GET STARTED
Just come downstairs!
It really is as simple as that. Come down, change clothes, and you're ready to go. We will take it from there. Every class is led start to finish so you do not have to know anything!
That being said, I know walking through that door can be a bit daunting so please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to chat about concerns or have your questions answered!
SCHEDULE
Mondays - 11am & Noon w/ Ben and 2pm w/ Lake
Tuesdays - 11am, Noon, and 2pm w/ Ricardo
Wednesdays - Yoga w/ Emily at 12:30pm
Thursdays - 11am, Noon, and 2pm w/ Ben
Fridays - 11:30am Only w/ Ricardo
COACHES
Emily - She is our yoga master. You can find her working out of the Houston Yoga Club in the Heights as well as running classes around town at a few other gyms. She would love to see you at yoga here at Seadrill or at any of the events she hosts.
Ricardo - Ricardo runs most of the afternoons over at Black Wolf CrossFit.
Lake - Lake is a former pro basketball player so be sure to ask her about life in France and England! She coaches at Black Wolf in the early mornings.
Ben - That's me. I opened Black Wolf way back in 2014 and the had the opportunity to start working with y'all back in 2021!
